Building Connections. Inspiring Leadership.

At Blessed Sacrament Huguenot School, the Big Sibs Program is a cherished tradition that pairs students in grades 6–12 with “Little Sibs” from Junior Kindergarten through 5th grade. This peer-mentoring initiative helps create a strong sense of community, belonging, and support across grade levels.
Meaningful Mentorship
Big Sibs serve as positive role models, offering guidance, friendship, and encouragement to their younger peers. These relationships help build confidence in younger students while giving older students a chance to grow in leadership, responsibility, and compassion.
Shared Experiences
Big and Little Sibs come together for fun and engaging events that strengthen their bond and celebrate school spirit. Activities include:
- Attending Mass together
- Ice Cream Socials
- Seasonal Crafts, Games, and More
Whether they're cheering each other on or simply sharing a laugh, the Big Sibs program helps nurture the close-knit, family atmosphere that defines the BSH community.
