At Blessed Sacrament Huguenot, we are committed to making a high-quality, faith-based education accessible to families. 

Financial aid applications for the 2026–2027 school year open on December 1, 2025, through FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.

Applications must be completed by February 15, 2026 to be eligible for the first round of financial assistance.

Please note: Financial aid is available only for K–12 students. Early Learner students may still benefit from multi-child and Catholic discounts.

Key Dates & Deadlines

  • December 1, 2025 – Application Opens
  • February 15, 2026 – Early Verification Deadline, First round of assistance is calculated
    • Requires: 2024 W-2s and 2023 Tax Returns (with W-2s if applicable)
  • March 1, 2026– Regular Verification Deadline
    • Requires: 2024 W-2s and 2024 Tax Returns (with W-2s if applicable)
  • Documentation requirements are based on the date of submission, not completion. If your 2024 tax documents are not ready, submit what you have by the deadlines to maintain eligibility.
  • Applications will only be reviewed once:
    • The student is enrolled in FACTS
    • All required documents are submitted
    • FACTS has completed its evaluation.

Scholarships at BSH

Saint Katharine Drexel Scholarship

In honor of St. Katharine Drexel’s mission to promote educational equity, BSH offers up to eight $7,500 scholarships annually for Upper School students (grades 9–12) from historically underrepresented groups: African American, Native American, Asian, Non-White Hispanic, and Pacific Islander.

  • Eligibility:
    • Must be a current or accepted Upper School student at BSH
    • Must apply for financial aid through FACTS
    • Must email the Head of School requesting scholarship consideration
    • Application period: December 1, 2025- February 1, 2026

Knights’ Warrior Scholarship

For Children of Active Duty & Retired U.S. Military Personnel

Funded by a generous military donor, this program provides tuition grants of $1,000 to $4,000 per student, totaling up to $28,000 annually.

  • Eligibility:
    • Must be the child of an active duty or retired (including medically retired) military member
    • Must attend BSH during the award year
    • Must provide valid military documentation
    • Application period: December 1, 2025 – February 1, 2026
    • Submit required military documents and student info via email to the Head of School.

Endowed & Merit-Based Scholarships

Arabella Stuart Brower Memorial Scholarship

Established in 2016, this fully endowed fund provides three full-tuition scholarships annually for high school girls, covering tuition, books, and uniforms. Each award is need-based and renewable through graduation.

  • No application required. Recipients are selected by the Head of School and faculty.
  • Recipients have gone on to attend:
    • University of Alabama
    • Virginia Commonwealth University
    • William & Mary
    • Louisiana State University
  • All scholarships have been awarded for the 2026-2027 school year.

 

Spirit of a Knight Scholarship

Each year, two $3,500 scholarships are awarded to one male and one female high school student who exemplify the values of a BSH Knight.

No application required. Recipients are chosen by BSH administrators.
