Challenging Academics. College Credit. Real Preparation.

At The Blessed Sacrament Huguenot School, we prepare students for success in college and beyond through a rigorous lineup of Advanced Placement (AP) and Dual Enrollment (DE) courses. These high-level offerings challenge students to think critically, work independently, and master college-level material—all within the supportive structure of our faith-based academic community.

Advanced Placement (AP) Courses
Our AP courses offer motivated students the opportunity to dive deep into college-level curricula, with the option to earn college credit through AP exam performance. We offer a wide range of AP classes across academic disciplines, including:

    • AP English Literature
    • AP Seminar
    • AP Art History

    • AP Human Geography
    • AP Psychology
    • AP Government
  • Fine Arts

    • AP 3D Art

These courses not only prepare students for the AP exams, but also help them develop essential skills in writing, analysis, research, and presentation.

Dual Enrollment (DE) Courses
Through our partnership with local colleges, qualified upperclassmen may earn college credit while completing high school graduation requirements. Students experience the rigor of true college coursework in a familiar classroom setting, guided by our faculty who understand both high school and collegiate expectations.

  • Current Dual Enrollment Offerings Include:
    • U.S. History (DE) – 6 college credits
    • Chemistry (DE) – 8 college credits
    • Environmental Science (DE)- 4 college credits
    • English 101/102 (DE)- 6 college credits

These courses provide an excellent opportunity for students to lighten future college loads, save on tuition, and demonstrate college readiness on transcripts and applications.

Our AP and Dual Enrollment programs are ideal for students seeking an academic edge, advanced study options, and the confidence to thrive in higher education. Placement is guided by faculty recommendations and performance, ensuring every student is both challenged and supported.

College begins here—on campus, in every classroom, every day.
