Diocese of Richmond Curriculum
At The Blessed Sacrament Huguenot School, our academic program follows the curriculum standards established by the Office of Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Richmond. This comprehensive framework ensures that every student receives a high-quality, values-based education rooted in Catholic tradition and academic excellence.
The Diocesan curriculum guides our instruction in core subjects—Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Religion, Fine Arts, Physical Education, and World Languages—while also fostering moral development, critical thinking, and spiritual growth.
We implement this curriculum using developmentally appropriate practices and instructional strategies tailored to meet students' individual needs. From our youngest learners through high school seniors, our goal is to educate the whole child—mind, body, and spirit—while preparing each student for future academic success, service, and leadership in the world.
