Your Journey Starts Here
We take the time to get to know each student and their family. Our goal is to make the admissions process as seamless as possible while gathering the necessary information to ensure a strong fit for both the student and the school.
Step #1- Schedule a Campus Tour
- The best way to experience BSH is to visit in person. We encourage families to tour our campus, meet our faculty, and interact with students to gain an understanding of our community and academic programs
- You can schedule your campus tour by calling our office at 804-598-4211 or click the link below.

Step #2- Apply
Step #3- Records/ Interview/ Shadow Day
- Our admissions team will request records for all applications for students applying to Lower, Middle, and Upper School. This requirement does not apply to Early Learners.
- Once all paperwork has been reviewed, we will contact each family to schedule a shadow day. This only applies to Lower, Middle, and Upper School.
Step #4- Enrollment Confirmation
- Once a student has been accepted, families will need to:
- Complete and submit the BSH Family Enrollment Form
- Pay the Enrollment Fee
- Families will receive further details on enrollment and tuition management following acceptance.
International Students
BSH welcomes students from diverse backgrounds and nationalities. The Diocese of Richmond remains certified by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to admit F-1 (Non-Immigrant) students seeking education in the United States.
