Athletic Mission Statement

The BHS Athletic Foundation is a group of volunteers dedicated to furthering excellence in athletics and to enhancing the overall experience of the Student-Athlete, Coaching Staff, and Fan Base at Blessed Sacrament Huguenot Catholic School.

The Athletic Foundation works on behalf of the Athletic department, School Administrators, Coaching Staff, Student-Athletes, Parents, and the entire BSH community. Our responsibilities include fundraising, improving communication, and increasing participation. All monies raised will be used to supplement the athletic budget and to make much needed improvements to BSH's athletic facilities.

The goal is to increase school pride and to encourage our Student-Athletes to achieve their personal best, both academically and athletically.

Letter From The President

I am excited to introduce the BSH Athletic Foundation. This organization will essentially replace the Booster Club and will work to accomplish several goals each and every year:

  • Improve our athletic programs by raising funds to purchase needed equipment, improve facilities, and supplement athletic budget when needed
  • Increase school pride and help encourage our students to become good citizens and achieve their personal best both academically and athletically

In order for the Athletic Foundation to achieve its goals, we need support from every student's parents, relatives, and friends. Together we can easily achieve our goals. The Athletic Foundation will host sever events during the year to discuss our plans and initiatives and to request your input as to how we can succeed together in our efforts. The Athletic Foundation will be offering several different levels of membership. We hope each of you will be able to join at some level. Without your support we will not achieve; with your support our children win and the BSH community strengthens.

I hope this letter finds you well.  I look forward to us working together on behalf of our student-athletes, coaching staff, athletic department, and the entire BSH community.

Please note that all contributions made to the Athletic Foundation are made in addition to, and not in lieu of, the BSH Annual Fund.
